Return Policy
Fancy Faucets.com wants you to be happy with your purchase. On occasion customers may receive a faucet that isn't what they expected or needed. We want the return process to be as easy as possible.
Faucets returned without an ROA will not be refunded. Customers must use UPS or another courier service that can provide you with a tracking number for your return. Fancy Faucets.com will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit and or do not have proper tracking information.
Any faucet that was not special ordered may be returned within 60 days. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Returns after 60 days after the faucet was received will not be honored. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges unless the faucet is defective.
All faucets must be returned in like new condition. The faucet must be in the undamaged, original packaging, and in 100% resalable condition. All returns require a Return Order Authorization Number, ROA. Any item returned without a pre authorized ROA number will not be honored. Installed faucets cannot be returned unless product is defective. Special order faucets are not returnable unless faucet is defective.
Refunds
Returned faucets are inspected upon receipt, if the faucet is determined to have been installed or used in any way, except in case of defect, or damaged, or missing parts or documentation the refund will not be honored.
Damaged Faucets
Customers are responsible if damaged a damaged faucet is signed for at the time of delivery. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery, if you suspect damage, please note damage with your signature or refuse the entire delivery and call us immediately.
If a customer signs for a common carrier delivery and does not note any damage, then it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the freight company to recoup the damages within 48 hours.
Customers must obtain a Return Order Authorization, ROA. To obtain an ROA and shipping instructions, please call our customer service department at 000-000-0000. Once a ROA number is issued, the returned product must be returned within 60 days.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order, for any reason, and receive a full refund as long as the order has not already shipped. Customer service can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled. If a faucet has already shipped the terms of our Return policy apply.
